She was predeceased by: her parents, Maude E. Clark (Judy) and William H. Clark; her husband Samuel Frank Cottrell; and her siblings, Clifford, Virgil, Calvin, Earl, Jess, Ralph, Donald Clark and Leone Weber.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph G. Cottrell (Lynn) of Maumee, OH. and Beth A. Chiappetta (Fred) of Craigville, IN.; and her stepdaughter Linda McAllister (Cottrell) of Decatur, IN.. She is also survived by grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
