She was predeceased by : her parents, Merl E. Glessner and Lena Glessner (Showalter); her husband Ron; her son Rocky A. Cavanaugh; and her sisters, Elizabeth Jordan, Mary Steveson and Margaret Booher.

She is survived by : her children, Steven W. Cavanaugh (Linda) of Geneva, Chris L. Cavanaugh (Tina) of Portland, Sherry W. Baker of Lebanon, TN, Wendell Butcher, II (Melinda) and Bluffton. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made in Gloria's memory to the Bluffton Fire Territory for Fire Safety in our local schools.
