He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Martin and Lois Martin (Sommers); his siblings, Jill Bartholomew, Judy Martin (Tom) and Merrill Martin; and his nephew Brook Camden.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sydney Martin of Ossian and Elise Lewis (Todd) of Kaneohe, Hawaii; his siblings, Jeanie Miller (Fritz), Sauni Hilligoss (Tom), Lyn Camden (Denny) and Rex Martin; his brother-in-law Chuck Bartholomew of Kokomo, Indiana; and his friends, Chris and Naundus Schwartz. He is also survived by grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers or cards, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in Rick's name to Little Eden Camp in Onekama, Michigan, designated for the renovation of the "Juniper" cabin, a church camp where Rick spent many summers with his family.
