It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack K. Liby (Bluffton, Indiana), who passed away on June 23, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jack K. Liby to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester W. Liby and Anna "Eileen" Liby (Lautzenheiser); and his brother Bill Liby. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Wagaman (Robert) of Kimmell, IN and Teresa Hirshey (Scott) of Geneva. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren and one niece.

Memorials may be made in Jack's memory to the M.S. Foundation or American Lung Association.
