Jerry K. Hook Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Jerry K. Hook of Bluffton, Indiana. Jerry, born on February 11, 1938, passed away on October 21, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerry K. Hook to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hook and Caroll Hook (Schlagenhauf); his daughter Kristi Hook; and his siblings, James "Jim" Hook, Jack Hook and Claudine Powell.
He is survived by: his wife Sonja Sawyer; his children, Cindy Hook of Fort Wayne, Phil Hook (Jennifer) of Germantown, OH, Jeff Hook (Shari) of Bluffton and Kent Hook (Karry) of Fort Wayne; and his sisters, Anna Lee Ault of Bluffton and Armatha Brown (Don) of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Harnish Funeral Home & Cremation Services (3220 East State Road 124, Bluffton, IN 46714). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Reformed Church or Old Salem Cemetery.
