He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Hoffman and Evelyn Hoffman (Biberstein); his grandson Drake Hill; and his brothers, Jim Hoffman and Gary Hoffman.

He is survived by : his spouse Marlyce "Mickie" (Crump); his sons, Jason Hoffman of Bluffton and Jeff Hoffman (Tonya) of Decatur; and his grandsons, Jace Hill of Decatur and Dane Hoffman (Alyssa) of New Haven, IN..

Memorials can be made to Friends Who Care Cancer Relief Foundation in care of the funeral home.
