He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hoffman and Evelyn Hoffman (Biberstein); his grandson Drake Hill; and his brothers, Jim Hoffman and Gary Hoffman.
He is survived by: his spouse Marlyce "Mickie" (Crump); his sons, Jason Hoffman of Bluffton and Jeff Hoffman (Tonya) of Decatur; and his grandsons, Jace Hill of Decatur and Dane Hoffman (Alyssa) of New Haven, IN..
