Hankey; his children, Juanita Bryan (Nathaniel "Nat") of Bluffton, Marc Gavilanez (Kami) of Ossian and David Gavilanez (Amber) of Bluffton; his grandchildren, Natalia Bryan, Daniela "Dani" Gavilanez, Aidan and Averie Gavilanez; and his siblings, Lupe Salvador (Ramiro) of Sante Fe, Mariana Loor of Quito, Alba Luna of Riverside, CA, Liliana Stewart (Jesse) of Griffin, GA, Lourdes "Luli" Serrano (Ricardo) of Quito, Ximena Strube (Fernando) of Quito, Monica Cando (Galo) of Peachtree City, GA and Alfredo Gavilanes (Sylvana) of Quito, Ecuador..

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Hope Missionary Church (429 E Dustman Rd, Bluffton, IN 46714). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Church and Enter.
