She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Earl Watters and Helen M. Watters (Helms); her husband Truman D. Barger; her son Ted Barger; her siblings, Huston D. "Hugh" Watters, Earl L. "Bud" Watters, George D. Watters and Lovina M. Hunnicutt; her granddaughter Sarah R. Towne; and her son-in-law David White.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Barger of Craigville, Jim Barger (Mari) of Craigville and Cindy Barger White of Fort Wayne; and her daughter-in-law Cindy K. Barger of New Haven. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Ursday Goodwin - Harnish Funeral Home & Cremation Services (3220 East State Road 124, Bluffton, IN 46714). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the First Reformed Church in Bluffton.
