With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patti Jo Teague (Bluffton, Indiana), who passed away on December 5, 2025 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Jerry L. Penrod; her son Spencer Teague; and her father-in-law Lynn Osborn. She is survived by: her mother Joanna Penrod (Jump); her husband Todd Osborn of Poneto; her children, Anna Adams (Chase) of Bluffton, Johnathan Osborn of Poneto, Suzanne Smith (Brad) of Ingalls, IN., Travis Osborn of Marion and Austin Osborn (Sadie) of Fort Wayne; her siblings, Greg Penrod (Tonya) of Bluffton, Kathy Fiechter (Keith) of Decatur, David Penrod (Timisha) of Warren and Shelley Kimmel (Bart) of Fishers; and her mother-in-law Carol Osborn of Bluffton. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

The family would prefer instead of sending flowers, please make a memorial in Patti's memory to Friends Who Care Cancer Relief Foundation, Stillwater Hospice or the Black Pine Animal Sanctuary, and can be directed to the funeral home.
