He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Fredrick and Delsa "Faye" Young (Roach); and his wife Ruby Madonna Young (Rinker). He is survived by: his children, James P. Young (Cindy) of Cedra Rapids, IA and Susan D. Harris-Frymier (Jay) of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Christy Lehtola (Phil), Beth Kalisiak (Hunter), Phillip Young (Kaley), Mary Worline (Jamie) and Paul (Jericha); and his great grandchildren, Kasey Lehtola, Emmett Letola, Harper Worline, Boe Kalisiak, Finn Worline, Arlo Worline and Luke Kalisiak.
