She was predeceased by: her brother David Schocke. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Charlie" A. Hayden; her daughter Tomra "Tomi" Cardin of Fort Wayne; her granddaughter Markia "KiKi" Cardin of Fort Wayne; and her siblings, Lynn Schocke of Anderson, Jan Rindler (David) of Berne, Bobbi Moser (Dallas) of Bluffton and Bruce Schocke (Karen) of Zanesville.
In lieu of floral tributes and gifts, the family requests that memorial contributions be given to the Redemption House Ministry of Fort Wayne, an organization started by her daughter that helps women find recovery, stability and hope.
