He is survived by: his sons, Howard Fate (Tabitha) of Warren and Shane Fate of Bluffton; his sister Cathy Arnold of Huntington; his sisters-in-law, Joyce Fate of Anthem, AZ, Evalyn Fate of Bluffton and Jeanie Fate of Ossian; and his grandchildren, Travis Fate of Poneto, Erica Beaver (Jordan) of Roanoke, Dalton Fate (Kaylie McCammom) of Poneto, Tori Markley (Austin) of Bluffton, Justin Fate of Montpellier and Joshua Fate of Bluffton. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
