He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert D. Lautzenheiser and Lucille A. Lautzenheiser (Whitehouse). He is survived by : his wife Sharon K. (Haneline); his children, Rick Lautzenheiser (Ventura) of Pearland, TX, Cynthia Brown (Jeff) of Arcadia, IN, Lorie Baumgartner (Tom) of Bluffton, IN and Peggy Lautzenheiser (Mario Perez) of Bluffton, IN; and his siblings, Tom Lautzenheiser of Kentucky and Beverly Jean Daniels of Garrett, IN.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
