He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard M. Zeis and Mary M. Zeis-Fuller (Day). He is survived by: his wife Mary Zeis of Bluffton; his sons, Tim Zeis (Amber) and Zach Zeis; his stepson Nicholas Collins of Bluffton; and his brothers, Dick Zeis (Nedra) of Mulberry, IN, Bill Zeis (Christine) of Whitestown and Mark Zeis of Fowler. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
