He was predeceased by: his parents, James McMillen and Louise McMillen (Dunlap); his son-in-law Gary Sleppy; his grandson Ben Sleppy; and his brother Robert McMillen.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia of Bluffton; his daughters, LaiLani McCully (Kirk) of Coalport, PA., Kandice Reber (Ray) of Liberty Center, Debby Rogers (Don) of Liberty Center and Terri Parsons (Mike) of Bluffton; his grandchildren, Heather Anderson (Justin) of Coalport, PA., Dustin Dotts (Brittany) of Flinton, PA., Jessica Behning (Nate) of Bluffton, Drew Parsons (Nikki) of Bluffton, Erika Parsons (Colin Alberson) of Bluffton, Angie Duncan (Jason) of Bluffton, Amanda Clark (Brett) of Liberty Center, Caleb Sleppy (Paige) of Warren, Brittani Langhammer (Ben) of Indianapolis, Christi Reber of Bluffton, Cami Williams (Pat) of Bluffton and Cory Reber (Shelly) of Indianapolis; and his siblings, Rita Yingling (Bill) of Flinton, PA., Wilbert McMillen (Karen) of Irvona, PA. and Preston McMillen (Sandy) of Chambersburg, PA.. He is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren.
