She was predeceased by: her parents, Hulda Ramsey (Hash) and Erwin Ramsey; her husband Jim; and her sisters, Ramona Ramsey, Elizabeth Phipps and Taggart Smith (Eva June).
She is survived by: her children, Kim of Carmel and Gregg of Houston; and her cousin Gerald Hash (Linda) of Albuquerque. She is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, and second cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carolyn's honor to the University of Southern Indiana or Houston's Theatre Under the Stars.
