He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Hullett (Holland) and Owen Hullett; and his brother Dick Hullett. He is survived by: his wife Mary (McQueen); his sons, Brad Hullett of Chandler, IN, Bryce Hullett of Indianapolis, IN and Doug Blair (Kimberly) of Mt. Vernon, IN; his granddaughters, Natalie Blair and Kelly Blair; his sister Cinda Austin (Russ) of Cornville, Arizona; and his sister-in-law Judy Hullett of Boonville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
