He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, James Sampson (Marla), Michelle Calvert and Kelly Messamore (Larry); his grandchildren, Chloe, Susan, Leah, Dana, Eric, Drew, Ronald and Patricia; his great grandchildren, Emogene, Remington, Madeline and Kennedy; and his siblings, John Sampson and Ann Short.
