She is survived by: her children, Peggy DeCamp (John), Owen Hook (Mary), Harold Hook (Donna), Michael Hook (Ginger) and Laurel Sue Hook (Shawn); her grandchildren, David, Chris, Holly, Melissa, Gini, Heather, Hannah, Katie and Ben; her niece Lori Denise; and her nephew Larry Brian. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
