We are sad to announce that on May 19, 2025, at the age of 85, Glen Dale Forston of Boonville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Alton and Lanie Lorene Forston (Ellison); his sisters, Marilyn and Layla Lee; and his nephews, John Glenn Snow and Billy Joe Snow.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Forston; his children, Dawn Graham (Steve), Michael Forston (Sherrie) and Rodney Forston (Tammy); his grandchildren, Ashley, Leah, Michael, Nathan, Luke, Max, Chase and Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Emmett, Roman, Parker, Pepper, Baylor and Daniel.
Memorial contributions may be made to Folsomville Cemetery.
