It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Isabel Mae Knirs of Boonville, Indiana, who passed away on September 24, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Hopper and Audrey Mae Hopper; her husband Walter Charles Knirs; her daughter Deborah Franze; her siblings, Leonard Hopper, Inez Garrison, Sarah Sights and Della Rhinerson; and her fiancé Paul Clem.

She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Knirs, Ruth Watkins and W. C. Knirs; her grandchildren, Misty Britt, Brian Whitney, Aaron Watkins and Elizabeth Knirs; her great grandchildren, Zachary Gates, Chaz Hamman and Whitney Hamman; and her great great grandchildren, Carson Gates, Weston Gates and Emmie Gates.
