He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sr. Evans and Charolette Evans (Shofner); his brother-in-law Gene Marcum; and his brother Timothy Evans. He is survived by: his grandson Evan Ray; his pet Pearl; his wife Rebecca Evans (Wright); his children, Brandie Evans, Crystal Shofner (Daniel) and William Folsom (Meredith); his grandchildren, Evan Albertson, AnnaRebecca Bass, Ethan Folsom, Jaxson Folsom, Faith McPhee and Kailey McPhee; his sister Jean Marcum; his aunt Roxanne Wright; Harley. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
