She was predeceased by: her parents, Florian Klein and Barbara Klein; her husband Ray Kassuba; her daughter Dana Ensing; and her sister Janice Lang.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jamie Kayser and Alisa Saft (Craig); and her siblings, Kimberly Klein, Deborah Astemborski and Florian Klein. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
