He was predeceased by: his parents, L. A. Holder and Fannie M. Gish; his wife Dorlis M. Holder; and his siblings, Rose Martin, Marguerite Parker, Pauline Isbill, Paul and John L Holder.
He is survived by: his children, Mark (Shelley), Brock (Tracy), Dane (Donna) and Marva; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Zachary, Brandi, Whitney, Alexis, Eric, Tyler, Daelyn, Trevor and Reece; and his great grandchildren, Paisley, Gracie, Houstyn and Aurora.
