She is survived by : her husband Mike Spradlin; her children, Johnathon Spradlin (Kelly), Kristofer, Andrew, Rosemary, Olivia, Abigayle and Mary Alice; her granddaughter Isabelle; her mother Donna Wrinkles; her siblings, Gina Evans (James), Tom Black, Connie Horrom (Matthew), Tom Wrinkles (Mendi), Eva Hess (Shelby), Joe Wrinkles and James Wrinkles; and her parents-in-law, Glen Dale and Jamie Spradlin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews & great-nieces & nephews.
