He is survived by: his pets, YouTube, Allis Chalmers, Costco, Peanut M and M's; his wife Judy (Shrode); his children, Lisa Polk, Shari Polk and Jeff Polk (Carla); his granddaughters, Courtney Osborn (Bobby), Shelby Davis (Terrance), Adria Buhmeier and Jordyn Nelson-Polk; his great grandchild Brie Davis; his sisters, Karen Collins and Kathy Adams; and his siblings-in-law, Al Shrode, Bonnie Shoemaker, Donna Starkey (Bill), Jennie Wathen (Joe) and June Lovell (Daryl). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
