Phillip W. Evans Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phillip W. Evans of Boonville, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 12, 2025 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phillip W. Evans to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ray Evans, Jr. and Annabelle Evans (Fisher); and his siblings, Roger Evans (Betty), Diana Fought (Everett) and Jim Evans (Joyce).
He is survived by: his siblings, Dallas Evans (Sharon), Vonda Bedward (Bob) and Tom Evans (Elaine); his daughters, Pam Britt, Kathy Disinger (Dean), Kristi Fowler (Chris), Erica Evans and Natalie Evans (Brad); his grandchildren, Andrew Disinger (Jess), Matthew Disinger (Samantha), Jacob Disinger, Isabella Fowler, Sorrell Fowler, Alicia Fowler, Wyatt Thomason and Mason Thomason; and his great grandchildren, Hayden Disinger and Kameron Disinger. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Crown Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery (700 West 38th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46208). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
