He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Tuley and Marie Tuley; and his brother-in-law Rod Madden. He is survived by: his significant other Jan Tuley; his children, Taffney Tuley-Carter and Cody Tuley (Summer); his grandchildren, Dylan Tuley, Kale Squires, Olan (Addison Lewis), Carter, Quincy Carter, Avrie Ezell, Cali Carter, Finn Tuley, Enman Ezell and Piper Tuley; his great grandchild Vivi Carter; and his siblings, Mike Tuley (Debbie) and Cathy Madden.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John's United Church of Christ (123 N 6th St, Boonville, IN 47601). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family request the donations be made to St Judes Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee or Riley Children Hospital in Indianapolis in memory of Richard Tuley.
