He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wayne and Marjorie Jean Fowler (Paris); and his sons, Jason Fowler and Jonathan Fowler. He is survived by: his children, Brian Fowler and Jean Garrison (Troy); his grandchildren, Matthew Decker, Joshua Fowler, Henry Fowler, Zoey Fowler and Paris Fowler; and his sister Donna Bollier. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
