He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sherman, Sr. Russell and Catherine Russell; his wife Gilda (Pursley); his sons, Michael Russell (Yvonne), Steven Russell, William Russell (Linda), Samuel Russell, Shawn Russell (Danielle) and Glynn Russell; his sister Martha Dewitt; his grandson Matthew; and his great grandchild Dalton.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bradley's Colonial Funeral Chapel (1005 E Main St, Boonville, IN 47601). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
