He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Winters and Wanda Bolling (Evans); his wife Robin Winters; his children, Terrell Winters Jr. and Faye Allen; and his stepfather Wavie Bolling.
He is survived by: his son Charles Winters Sr.; his grandchildren, Cadence Winters, Charles E. Winters Jr., Corbin Winters, Cameron Winters and Ollie Allen; and his siblings, Tonya Beach (Lorenzo), Tammy Oquendo (Luis) and Tim Evans (Kim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the Main Street United Methodist Church (222 E Main St, Boonville, IN 47601).
