He was predeceased by: his son Jeff Rowan. He is survived by: his wife Jane Elizabeth Rowan; and his children, David Rowan (Diane), John Rowan (Marilyn), Daniel Rowan (Cathy), Debbie Askren (Richard) and Diane Miller (David). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
The family requests that contributions in David's memory be made to St. Jude or St. John the Baptist Church - Starlight.
