He is survived by : his son Jason Pixley; his siblings, Matt Pixley, Paul Pixley, Carol Johnson and Reba Pixley; his grandchildren, Ian Pixley, Candace Pixley and Justin Pixley; and his great grandchildren, Roger and Michael.
