He was predeceased by: his caregiver Adeline Waggoner; and his son Kyle Dunlevy. He is survived by: his daughter Megan Dunlevy; his mother Norma Jean Inouye; his close friend Cathy Quinlin; and his brothers, Tony Dunlevy and Timothy Lynch.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Homes (225 W main St, Borden, IN 47106). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
