He was predeceased by: his wife Izumi Ogata Critchfield. He is survived by: his sons, Ken Critchfield and Ray Critchfield.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery (1415 Msh N Ln, Madison, IN 47250).
