She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Culp and Fern Culp (Bender); her spouse Johnnie Smith; her daughter Jessica Elmore; and her sisters, Nancy Masterson, Rita Masterson and Debbie Culp.
She is survived by: her children, Erica Fulmer (Paul) of Centre, AL, Guy Smith (Candy) of Bremen, IN, Johnnie W. Smith of Aransas Pass, TX and Ronald E. White (Jennifer) of Elkhart, IN; and her sister Melody Payne of Plymouth, IN. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren; and her 11 great-grandchildren.
