He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Tafelski; his wife Sharri; his children, Kristin Hurst of Bourbon and Adam Yeager (Kelly) of Columbia City; his sisters, Denise Hedric (Joe) of Albuquerque, NM and Cheryl Tafelski; and his grandchildren, Grayson, Autumn and Aeris.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Oregon-Davis athletics in honor of Dale's love for the school and all sports.
