She is survived by: her significant other Teddy Ray Heisler; her children, Tracy Slimak (Christopher) of Warsaw, IN and Jeff Heisler (Kim) of Wadena, MN; her siblings, A. Virginia Lynch of Bremen, IN and Robert Pershing of Bourbon, IN; her grandchildren, Clint Heisler (Britney), Caleb Heisler, Kylee Anspach (Luke), Jordan Heisler (Christina), Josiah Heisler, Markail Heisler, Tyson Howard (Linzie), Taelynne Ousley (Justin) and Zach Slimak; and her great grandchildren, Mila, Capri, Ophelia, Gideon and Sophy.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations to be made to Feed My Starving Children (401 93rd Ave NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55433), a cause deeply meaningful to both Sally and Ted.
