He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Swank and Gene Swank (Oberholtzer); his sons, Donald, Jon and Daniel Swank; and his grandson Anthony Swank.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Bixler; his children, Jay Swank (Diane), Greg Bixler, Michelle Bixler (Bill) and Mary Altemiller (Lewis); his grandchildren, Levi, Rachel, Alesha, Elizabeth, Alyssa, Michael, Joe, Calvin, Quincy, Zane, Andrew and Sarah; his great grandchildren, Savayah, Luke, Avanna, Charles, Alex, Eric, Sofina, Angelo, Camila, Kylin, Mia, Letty and Aubrey; his great great grandchild Winston; and his siblings, Joe Swank and Mary Rubeck.
