With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Avalon L. Hapenny of Brazil, Indiana, born in Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on August 27, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Grantham and Mary Gasway Grantham; her husband Charlie Hapenny; and her siblings, Jack Grantham, Bob Grantham and Frances McDonald.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Hapenny of Knightsville, Annette Royer (Darrell) of Centerpoint and Brad Hapenny (Kim) of Brazil; her grandchildren, Anthony Hapenny (Andrea), Adrianne Vradenburg (Mark), Jason Royer (Gina), Dustin Royer (Krissy), Shawn Royer (Sarah), Rachelle Royer, Conner Hapenny, Holly Muncie (Zach), Benjamin Hapenny and Zach Hapenny; and her great grandchildren, Bryce, Kaden, Audric, Corvin, Brooklynne, Bronx, Hadley, Reese, Dylan, Lily, Cora and Charlie. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
