She is survived by: her father Steve Meadows (Angie); her husband Joseph Smith; her mother Tammie Greenwood (Greenwood); her children, Moxen Smith, Preslie Smith and Jaylenn Bellow; her brothers, Ben Meadows (Lauren) and Eli Meadows (Natalie); her grandparents, Bob Greenwood (Sharlene), Darrell and Mary Meadows; her niece Leighton; her nephews, Teddy and Wyatt; her parents-in-law, Rob and Annette Smith; her grandparents-in-law, Bob and Patty Smith; and her uncle Jeff (Jenny Smith).
