He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hawkins and Lillie Hawkins (Lewis). He is survived by: his wife Ann Hawkins; his children, Debra, Renee, Todd, Troy, Crystal, Scott and Elizabeth; and his daughter-in-law Crystal. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, multiple great grandchildren, and three son in laws.
