He was predeceased by: his parents, Annabelle Evans (Chadd) and Robert Evans; and his wife Brenda. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Denise Burton (Tim), Robert Evans (Bobbie Jo), Tracey Williams (Curtis), Sarah Speitel (Kyle) and Ryan Daffer (Sharon); his grandchildren, Caitlyn Lee Gowler, Michael Hadley, Timothy Evans, Gunner Evans, Izzabella Evans, Rob Snyder, Elise Snyder, Chelsey Sanders, Nicholas Sanders, Coby Herbert, Breanna Stevens, Bayleigh Speitel and Clinton Speitel; and his siblings, Sue Anne Gabbert and Drexel DeFord. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the French Funeral Home (421 E National Ave, Brazil, IN 47834). A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Clearview Cemetery.
