She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Zentko and Thelma Zentko; her sisters, Judy Horn and Dala Williams (Jeep); and her in-laws, Billy J. Elwell and Mary L. Elwell.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Elwell; her sons, Jeffrey Scott Elwell and Jeremy Ray Elwell (Lucille); her grandchildren, Michael Elwell, Kinsey Byford (Michael) and Cassie Elwell; her great grandchildren, Gage and Tucker Elwell; her brother-in-law Loren Horn; and her nieces and nephews, Troy, Lori Horn, Shelly, Bubba Roberts, Shawn, Rachel Horn, Robbie, Honey Williams, Lisa and T. J. Ferguson.
