He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Hutcheson; and his father-in-law Peter Kern. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Hutcheson (Baysinger); his wife Lori Hutcheson (Kern); his sons, Seth Hutcheson (Ashley) and Tyler Hutcheson (Lisa); his grandchildren, Luke Pell, J. B. Pell, Jacob Hutcheson (Ariella Engle) and Anna Hutcheson; his great grandchild Claire Engle-Hutcheson; his brothers, Don Hutcheson (Kathryn) and Ted Hutcheson (Cathy); his mothers-in-law, Linda Kern and Mary West; and his siblings-in-law, Peter Kern II (Monica), Keri Schmidt and Jason Eisenhardt (Nancy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lawson-Miller Chapel (1702 E National Ave, Brazil, IN 47834). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at the Calcutta Cemetery (14797 N County Rd 200 E, Carbon, IN 47837).
