He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bilyou and Laura Bilyou (Fields). He is survived by: his wife Marlene Myers-Bilyou; his stepson Terry Myers; and his sister Charlotte McKee. He is also survived by two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
