It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Lucille Green (Brazil, Indiana), who passed away on November 22, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Leo O. Hofmann; her husbands, John Green, Clair Gassoway and William Morthland; and her brothers, Leo J. and Donald Hofmann.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Minnick (Jim) of Knightsville and John T. Green (Sharon) of Marshall, Illinois; her grandchildren, Lynne Caldwell (Shelley) of Camas, Teresa Wilkins (Greg) of Danville, Trina Myers (Darrin) of Cory, Derek Green (Keri) of Dorsey, Jarod Green (Jody) of Marshall and Jeremy Green (Alisa) of Dennison, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Aidan Wilkins (Sarah), Collin Wilkins (Chelsey), Lauryn Myers, Reilly Myers, Theo Caldwell, Jocelyn Green (Jacob), Jonathan Green, Jackson Green, Elaina Green, Justin Green, Kellan Green and Miles Green; and her brother Harold C. Hofmann (Sue) of Brazil, Indiana.
