He was predeceased by: his father Bernard C. Pierce. He is survived by: his mother Mary M. "Peg" Pierce (Carter); his wife Angie Pierce; his children, Joseph Connor Pierce (Lexi), Petty Officer 3rd (Class Nathanial Cole Pierce) and Ava Lucille Pierce; and his siblings, Mike Pierce (Kathy) of South Bend, Polly Pierce of Brazil and Penny Sue Harbaugh (Rod) of Terre Haute. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
