He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Smith and Carolyn Smith (Sisson); his father-in-law Kenny Bass; and his uncle Bill Sisson. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Smith; his children, Hannah Forward (Allen) of Columbus, Anna Smith of Brazil, Indiana and Kenny Smith of Brazil, Indiana; his brothers, David Smith (Cheryl), Bill Smith (Karen) and Greg Smith (Sandy); and his brothers-in-law, Kent Bass (Angie) and Eric Bass (Kathli). He is also survived by many other friends and family.
