She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Killion and Geneva Killion (Banks); her husband Ernie Phillips; her son Paul Phillips; and her stepsiblings, Lawrence Mead and Helen Cooper.
She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Phillips; her sister-in-law Betty Johnson; and her cousin Gary Reece. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Salvation Army in her memory.
